For most people the holidays can be stressful. That's why mental health experts say it's important to take time to relax. Researchers at the University of Michigan say that about a third of the population will have an anxiety attack at some point during the holiday season. Experts say making time for rest, relaxation and satisfaction can help and if your anxiety gets worse, see your doctor.
