Juror who collapsed in Weis trial regrets what happened

BOSTON -- New details have surfaced about the juror who collapsed at the malpractice suit of former New England Patriots coach Charlie Weis.
On Tuesday, 63-year-old Tony Perry collapsed.
The judge declared a mistrial after doctors in the case rushed to help Perry.
His daughter says -- her father takes his jury duty very seriously, and regrets what happened.
Tony Perry remains hospitalized at Mass. general.
He's had heart problems before -- but doctors don't think Tuesday's incident was a heart attack.
They're still running tests.
