Postal worker delivers big save

BROOKLINE, Mass. -- A postal worker leaps into action, delivering a huge save.
The breaks on an empty car failed and it started rolling down a hill.
Thankfully, there was a brave mailman on the spot.
Stop - wait a minute Mr. Postman, but this mailman did just the opposite when he saw a pick-up truck with no driver rolling down a steep Brookline hill.
Bill Casey was doing his mail rounds, as he's done for the past 17 years, when he instinctively jumped into action and on the brakes.
His reaction may have prevented a catastrophe with the busy Beacon Street intersection at the bottom of the hill and many unsuspecting targets along the truck's path.
Jim Margolis' Toyota could've been totaled but was saved by Casey's quick thinking.
As word spread throughout the neighborhood, there's awe and thanks for a job that went above and beyond.
