Researchers say Nauset Beach sighting was great white shark

CHATHAM -- A shark sighting off Cape Cod is no reason to think sharks are on the prowl.

That's according to researchers. They've determined it was a great white shark that was seen eating a seal off Chatham last weekend.

But researchers say great white sighting are extremely rare, and so are its attacks on humans. They say the last shark-related death in New England was in 1936.
