Three suspects accused of stealing cars, another on the loose

SHREWSBURY, Mass. -- Three teenagers are under arrest and another is on the loose following a series of break-ins and thefts in Shrewsbury and Grafton.
The thieves targeted at least 20 unlocked cars, stealing cash, cellphones, and GPS systems from the vehicles. They are also accused of stealing two of the cars.
According to police, the four teenagers are between the ages of 16 and 20 years of age.
"They're probably responsible for quite a bit of car thefts in the area," Lt. Mark DuBois, Shrewsbury Police Department, said.
The suspects were spotted by a neighbor in Shrewsbury who called police. Police later caught two of the suspects hiding near a lake.
The other two suspects were seen driving a stolen car.
"They attempted to stop them, and a pursuit ensued," Lt. DuBois said. "The suspects ended up crashing."
One of the suspects was caught, but police are still searching for the fourth suspect.
Police confiscated a stolen gun with ammunition and marijuana.
