HAVERHILL, Mass. -- Prosecutors are deciding whether to bring charges against a woman who state police say left the scene of a deadly accident.
Police say a Jeep was rammed from behind on Route 495 South, throwing the passenger from the vehicle.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the driver in the other car kept going, then struck a guardrail on Route 93. That driver had two children in the car.
Prosecutors say if there are charges, they probably won't come for a couple of days.
