BOSTON -- A worker was taken away from a construction area on Castle Island in an ambulance due to chest pains. Officials evacuated the area because they thought carbon monoxide poisoning could be the cause.

The injured worker is suffering from chest pains and showed signs of carbon monoxide poisoning. Officials now believe carbon monoxide was not to blame.

The worker was helping build a 2-mile long sewage tunnel.

Other workers inside the tunnel were evacuated from the area as well.
