N.H. man arrested for MySpace party with underage guests

PELHAM, N.H. -- A 40-year-old Pelham (New Hampshire) man has been charged with throwing a party, advertised on MySpace, filled with underage drinkers.

Host Marco Rivera was one of 26 people arrested at his home early Sunday.

Police say that while checking out a 911 hang-up call, they discovered a full-blown bash in Rivera's basement. They say they also found a 15-year-old runaway.

Police say Rivera advertised the party on his MySpace account and charged guests $5 admission.

Police had broken up a similar party at Rivera's home the previous week.
