John Kerry: Is he angling for secretary of state?

NANTUCKET, Mass. -- Is John Kerry positioning himself to be secretary of state in a potential Barack Obama administration?
That's the question some political insiders are asking, although aides to the Massachusetts Senator insist he's not angling for the job.
The 2004 Democratic presidential nominee has been a strong supporter of Obama and some of his recent moves have prompted speculation that he might be interested in the job of secretary of state.
Last weekend, Kerry invited former British prime minister Tony Blair to Nantucket to discuss the Middle East and climate change.
Kerry has also sponsored resolutions in recent weeks seeking humanitarian aid for Burma and asking Robert Mugabe to step aside as president of Zimbabwe.
He's the third-ranking Democrat on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
