Salem motorcyclist dies in crash

SALEM, N.H. -- Police are investigating a motorcycle crash that killed a Salem, New Hampshire, man in the town.

Police say 45-year-old Stephen DeVito died after his motorcycle ran off the road and hit a utility pole just before 12:30 Thursday morning.

Investigators say DeVito was not wearing a helmet and that speed may have been a factor.
