NH woman hit by car in Manchester in stable condition
MANCHESTER, N.H. -- Police in Manchester, New Hampshire, are looking for help identifying a speeding car that struck a woman crossing a busy road during the weekend.
Officials say 18-year-old Jessica Guerin, of Litchfield, was struck at an intersection with South Willow Street late Saturday night and thrown over the car before she hit the ground. She is in stable condition at a Boston hospital.
Witnesses say the small silver car was speeding and that its driver slowed down, but then drove away.
Guerin was taken to Elliot Hospital and then transferred to Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston.
Anyone with information should call the Manchester Police.
