Arroyo attends hearing to fight for job

BOSTON -- Bodybuilder firefighter Albert Arroyo was appealing his removal from the Boston Fire Department in court on Tuesday afternoon.

Arroyo, 46, was given two days to get a second opinion from another doctor and to provide the medical paperwork to the board that says he cannot work for the fire department.

Arroyo was on disability leave when a video of him at a body building competition surfaced on the internet.

He was fired on Monday, August 4 for defying an order to return to work.
