Rep. Frank keynote speaker in NH

MANCHESTER, N.H. -- Massachusetts Congressman Barney Frank will be the keynote speaker at the New Hampshire Democratic Party's annual Jefferson Jackson Dinner.

The dinner will be at the Center of New Hampshire Radisson in Manchester beginning at 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
