Direction Is Back Up

Ok, it's been a cool day overall with a constant onshore wind, but at least we had the sunshine back with us (I know, it took awhile across SE Mass for that). Anyway, in the grand scheme of things, we got off easy with our cool down. Look at the Midwest and Plains... record cold and snow for the month of May! At least we don't have to shovel.
The strong push of cool air from the northeast and east will subside over the weekend, and that's a warmer trend for us. While it'll remain coolest at the coast, I do expect for the numbers at the coast and across inland communities to move up the next 4 days, each day warmer than the previous.
High pressure anchored in will not allow for rain through Tuesday before the blocked pattern breaks down and showers may finally arrive by Wednesday and Thursday next week. Good news for the thirsty lawns and gardens.
Enjoy the weekend and come join us at the WALK FOR HUNGER http://www.projectbread.org/site/PageServer?pagename=walk_main
