Pesky to Perfection
Posted by Chris Lambert
It wasn't enough to cancel outdoor games, give the lawn & flowers a good, deep soaking, or even create a lot of puddles on the roadways, but it was just enough to be a nuisance.
The pesky drizzle that dampened the ground this afternoon continues into the early evening hours, just as Ortiz and crew try to wrap a couple around Pesky's pole. The Sox game will be damp and breezy with temps in the mid 50s. Drier air does work in overnight, and drizzle and mist may taper off by the later innings. If it doesn't dry out late this evening, it will late overnight, and by Sunday, we're back to brighter skies.
With partly to mostly sunny skies tomorrow, it'll be a perfectly fine Fall afternoon with highs near 60 at the coast, 65 inland.
We'll keep the nice weather around on Monday and Tuesday with highs reaching the middle to upper 60s.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend... the best weather lies ahead... and go Sox and Pats!!!!!!!!!!!!!
